The only thing or god I believe in deeply is Disarmament.
I don’t care for Peace and its rhetoric.
Only a universal Education in Disarmament can heal the world from iniquity, violence, nationalisms, unhappiness and environmental disasters (that is, from capitalism, colonialism and patriarchy).
All Governments, of rich and poor States, should undertake Disarmament policies and practice them without a time limit. While within individual States Disarmament Education should be practiced in schools, families and workplaces. We all have to learn that solving a problem using violence or war (or the threat of violence or war) should not be an option.
Disarmament is omnipotent and can free up resources to be used for many important things: public health, public schools and public research; climate change, social housing and work with fair pay.
Disarmament is the first piece of a saving game of Dominoes: you start to dismantle the weapons and many good things begin to happen.
It’s not cool to use, own, exhibit or collect weapons. It’s cool to read books, listen to music, run, helping others and making love.
